
Driftless Curiosity Wellness Retreat
In this land-based wellness retreat, we’ll take time out of our busy summer to ground together in some simple self-care principles. Throughout the weekend, we’ll move our bodies, eat fresh organic food, meditate, journal, practice yoga, and go on herb walks. Participants will also have opportunities to learn about Ayurvedic wellness practices, self-massage, foam rolling, creating herbal oils, sound healing, the Five Elements, and more. We hope this weekend on the land will open up new pathways to wellness and bring awareness to the wisdom Mother Nature gives us to heal ourselves.
